The doctor isn't especially warm, but he performs surgery with expertise. He spent the longest time explaining everything properly from the surgical method onward and what I personally needed. He seemed to have strong opinions because he has age and experience behind him. He clearly said which surgeries should not be done and which ones could be effective. He said eye correction is a procedure other hospitals push just to make money, and that he personally doesn't do it except for the very few cases with true upper blepharoptosis, and that my eyes didn't need inner canthoplasty either. He doesn't have a gentle feel because he's stubborn and highly specialized, but the consultation manager made up for that shortcoming. The consultation manager also seemed experienced, straightforward, and good at her job.
