I wasn't even someone who had contouring, but I felt like I was getting a double chin, so I went for a consultation. The manager's explanation was good too, but the director's consultation was truly excellent. In particular, they told me that my double chin was not being caused by fat, so there was no need for double-chin liposuction, and that thread lifting would be the right choice. It felt honest, and the cost matched the advertised price except for the added VAT.
