The manager was extremely kind, and this was the longest consultation. The director seemed a bit busy, and hmm.. they did virtual surgery in 3D, which was nice, but most places said it would not be done that way, so it was not very meaningful, but still interesting. They said they would do things like replacing the silicone except for the columella, which was not very detailed, but it was still a decent consultation. So I put down a deposit.
