I received a quote of 4.3 million won for double-eyelid line creation plus ptosis correction. The doctor was not especially warm, but he gave a long, professional consultation. However, I found it a bit puzzling that he said ptosis correction could either be done or not done on the spot after seeing the immediate post-op progress right after surgery. The office managers were also not very friendly, so I was only satisfied with the consultation.
