This place seems a bit expensive. The staff were unfriendly, but the consultation was professional. The explanations were good. But that is not the issue. On the website, it looks like there is only one female director, but if you cannot be treated by the female director, they assign another director, as if someone else is performing the surgery on their behalf. A doctor I had never seen before came in and performed the procedure. Based on more than ten years of going around different clinics, I could tell from the hand movements that the person was probably a beginner. Was it training? Or a trainee on placement? At the very least, I think they should post information about the other directors on the website. I am getting the procedure done without even knowing which doctor is treating me T_T
