The director is very kind and explains things well. He's young. I went for a consultation because of revision eyelid surgery, and he suggested a different method from the other directors, which did surprise me a bit, but I think he gave realistic advice.
But the counter staff were a bit;; rude, I think. There were two women at the counter, and one was fine, but the older-looking one had a pretty bad attitude. My mood got wrecked the moment I walked in. Everyone else besides her was kind. Even the manager was kind.
