The waiting area was small The clinic was chaotic The manager I consulted with was kind and gave a very long explanation There was no pushiness or anything like that; she only answered what I asked The procedure was done by a female doctor, and she was extremely sincere about it She answered questions earnestly, and the nurses were also fairly kind Among doctors who perform procedures, there are some who don't pay much attention or rush through it because they are busy, but this doctor was not like that, so I was relieved
