I went on a weekday during the day. I waited a little and then met the director, and he was so kind, and he took his time checking the line shape with me, which was great. I was recommended eye-muscle correction plus buried-suture double-eyelid surgery, and it was originally about 1.6 million, but they said they would do it for about 1.3 million with a student discount lol There were lots of staff, they were friendly, and maybe because the place had only recently opened, the facilities were clean too. Since it overlooked the river, the view was great lol
