I went to remove a mole, but before the procedure they said a consultation was mandatory, so after waiting I had a consultation in the consultation room. The consultation manager seemed to think the scar where a mole had already been removed was an acne scar, and while mentioning that area, said I also needed acne inflammation injections. When I told them it was not acne marks but the scar from a mole that had already been removed, they changed the subject and hurriedly wrapped up the consultation ^^. They were way too unprofessional and overused everything.
