I came in for acne treatment because my skin broke out after a trip overseas. Right away, they asked whether I wanted to have a consultation first and then receive treatment, or just start treatment immediately, which I liked. (No unnecessary treatment push.) When I said it was my first visit today, they gave me microneedling as a service. But they did the microneedling without numbing cream, and it hurt so much T_T
They were very thorough with the extraction, and both the person doing the procedure and the doctor were kind. I know it is hard to see results from just one session, but even after extraction, an inflammation shot, gold PTT, Noblein, CryoCell, and LED, the effect was smaller than I expected, so I was a bit disappointed... T_T I plan to visit a few more times.
