First of all, the director is very friendly and nice. They recommend no-implant surgery and seem safety-conscious. The manager was kind and gave me a very clear consultation, which I appreciated. But the idea of no-implant surgery felt unfamiliar, and even though I understood it, it still made me hesitate... I am not sure about the surgery.
