I waited about 5 to 10 minutes after my consultation appointment time before going in. The consultation went in this order: doctor first, then the office manager. I had seen a lot of posts saying the doctor seemed not very confident, so I was worried, but he did not really seem that way. He spoke gently, but he was quite firm in his own opinion. I had also seen that they try to bundle in ptosis correction, but he said I did not need ptosis correction.. I think I spent about 10 minutes with the doctor and about 5 minutes with the office manager for the rest of the consultation.
