I'm looking into revision surgery. A long time ago, I had autologous costal cartilage, but it looked like Pinocchio, so I had it removed. I lived like that, but my nose gradually became strange, so I'm trying to get revision surgery. Please recommend a hospital that does revision surgery really well without using autologous costal cartilage. The Nan seems good at difficult surgeries, but the result looks pointy, and looking at OM's before-and-after plastic surgery photos, do they not do difficult surgeries? Please share information on what Rococo is like too.
