The consultation was not very long, but I did clearly feel that they looked into things carefully. Since it is a private liposuction-specialty clinic, the price was not exactly cheap. But that also made me feel they would probably pay close attention. They do only 2 surgeries a day, and the presence of an anesthesiology specialist, CCTV, and post-op care matched many of the conditions I was looking for. I am leaning positive, but I want to compare a bit more before deciding.
