Honestly, the consultation manager here is really ridiculous. Surgery is something the doctor does, not her, right? Did the hospital director coddle the managers too much or what, why are they so arrogant and rude? This is a hospital that pressures you to write a review and then immediately pushes a publicity rights consent form in front of you.
