The consultation manager was really, really kind, but compared with the doctor, the consultation did not seem very systematic. Still, the doctor drew a picture of my nose and even did a CT scan, which explained things in an easy-to-understand way, so I really liked that. They also told me what would be best if I had surgery on my nose, and I was satisfied.
