When I first went to the clinic, they answered all the questions I had prepared, and I liked that they replied sincerely and honestly. They also told me about the parts that wouldn’t suit me or would be difficult, and there was no pretense at all. And when it came to surgery, I could feel that they were trying to match the parts I wanted to change as much as possible to the customer. There was no coercion or anything like that, just a complete fit to the patient’s opinion.
