I went back because it reminded me of a double-eyelid surgery I had long ago, and the director’s personality is decisive, but not exactly decisive. It would have been nice if they had told me something like how far they might be able to raise the nose, but they kept saying things like, if the silicone becomes visible during surgery, they would put in a lower one. Still, from my double-eyelid surgery experience, I know they are meticulous and conscientious. Back then it was my first surgery, so my standards were low, but now, years later, coming in for a nose-surgery consultation, the fact that they do not clearly set a goal during the consultation felt pretty bad for trusting them and going ahead with surgery
