I had a consultation for a silicone bend and a nose tip that had been supported with septal cartilage and then dropped after 2 years, and they said it could not be done unless I used autologous rib cartilage, so they wanted to use autologous rib cartilage for the bridge too and fix it with a screw haha. They said septal reconstruction was absolutely necessary, and that the surgery would take over 9 hours in total, including taking rib cartilage and doing the nose surgery, and quoted 1300 lol They showed me some gruesome photos and, starting from when they put on gloves and made a point of telling me to touch my own septum, I already felt something was off, but the surgery time of over 9 hours and autologous rib cartilage for the bridge and tip, fixed with a screw lol, cost 1300 lol, I left like I was running away!
