I had quick zygoma surgery. Since I had a bit of prominence in the front cheekbone area, the side cheekbones definitely moved in, but after losing weight, I can still see some cheekbone when I look straight ahead I learned that quick zygoma is effective for the side cheekbones. Anyway, the side cheekbones definitely moved in. I had it fixed with screws, and while I can feel them a little, they do not seem uncomfortable.
