After filling out the chart and waiting about 20 minutes, I could see that they were also very kind and comfortable with other patients. The doctor answered everything without seeming bothered, and the consultation manager also explained things while showing photos. There were drinks and snacks while waiting, so that was fine, but the wait time is truly enormous. I understand why they keep drinks and snacks there. You need to expect at least an hour. Since they specialize in breasts, there aren't many nose reviews, so that was a concern.
