I visited for a consultation about eye surgery. I have ptosis, and they recommended double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, and epicanthoplasty. They drew pictures on an A4 sheet and gave several explanations to help me understand. The moment they saw me, they spoke informally, almost like a friendly old man next door, which was a little surprising, but it did not feel rude, just familiar, so I was fine with it. Also, instead of just agreeing to do every surgery I wanted, they clearly said the surgeries that could not be done could not be done, so it makes me trust them more.
