My nasal bridge is low and the tip felt very wide, so I tried fillers and even had surgery, but nothing improved at all, so I eventually had revision surgery. Since it was a rhinoplasty revision, I started looking for a surgeon who specialized in noses and had a lot of revision experience. After consultations, I decided on them because they carefully and thoroughly looked at both the structural and aesthetic aspects, and they explained the surgical direction well enough for me to understand. I had revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage, and the pain and scarring were not severe, and the recovery period was much faster than I expected. There was no tip drooping or resorption, and the shape came out well from the front and the side, so I am satisfied. In particular, from the nasal bridge down to the nasolabial angle, the result is refined in exactly the way I wanted, so it really seems to have fully met my needs. The aftercare was also good, and I am glad the revision surgery was a success.
