I decided to have a revision because of silicone complications and searched a lot before getting my nose revision here. At first I worried a lot about whether I would have side effects again, but because it was my own rib cartilage I felt reassured, and I was satisfied with the nose line. Two years have passed and I haven't had any problems, so I'm glad. My first nose surgery was really hard.
