Maybe because they had more than 20 years of experience, they felt very professional. I also asked about removing the fat graft under the eyes, but they said getting Botox would be better. They said removal is not recommended unless you are desperately determined to the point of willing to die for it, so I did not proceed with surgery. It seems like a fairly conscientious clinic.
