I had surgery quite a while ago, but at too young an age they recommended upper blepharoplasty (an incision under the eyebrow), and for eyes that needed incisions they recommended buried sutures. In the end, it had been less than 2 years and it started loosening little by little from the inner corner, then before long it all came undone. In my personal opinion, it seems like this is a hospital that pushes buried-suture methods. Make sure to visit several hospitals and compare. I do not remember the price well because it was so long ago.
