I went because they said the consultation with the sole head doctor was kind, and the doctor’s consultation really was extremely kind. They explained everything in concrete numbers. I could really understand my own eye condition. It is a specialized eye clinic, and they said the doctor only performs two surgeries a day. The doctor has 17 years of experience, and they said there are also CCTV cameras in the operating room. Everything up to that point was very good.
What concerned me, though, was that the clinic seemed to have a lot of promotional material for middle-aged upper blepharoplasty and lower blepharoplasty rather than double-eyelid surgery, and it also seemed like more people came through search than through referrals. Most of all, when I asked to see before-and-after photos, the consultation manager said they were reluctant to show them because there are people who say the results differ by person and ask why they did not get the same result as me....
