If I remember correctly, the wait was not that long compared with other places, and there seemed to be a lot of middle-aged customers. Neither the director nor the manager was especially rude. I went twice, and what I remember is the director saying they remembered me because my nose shape did not look East Asian. I barely spoke with the director during the consultation and just went straight into the procedure... I only consulted with the consulting manager, and they said I would need an additional procedure to get the look I wanted, so I ended up paying more than I had expected. The filler in the glabella was injected very plumply, so I think it looked a bit unnatural. It did not turn out as pointed at the tip of the nose as the advertising made it seem. After the first day it became blunt. Until I had nose surgery, I got procedures here and got along fine.
