I went there when it first opened, and I was satisfied with everything, including the hospital reception, waiting system, and how kind the staff were. In particular, during the procedure I had my eyes closed most of the time, so I did not know it was the chief doctor, but he was extremely meticulous and did a great job. He listened to my skin concerns and, while explaining my skin's characteristics, only gave tips on what kind of treatment could simply help improve it, never making it feel like a recommendation. I first gave the surgery expectation score 3 points because the results did not last very long, but since longevity varies a lot from person to person and my satisfaction with the clinic itself was unusually high, I am changing it to 4 points.
