Review from day 4 after surgery!
⭐️ Before surgery / Because of constant dieting, my breasts had gotten much smaller and I was worried because I didn’t like how clothes looked on me. I thought that instead of worrying and getting stressed all the time, it would be better to just do it while I was still young, so I went ahead with the surgery~!
I had consultations at three places, and this one felt the most comfortable, the most accurate, and had very good reviews too (Kind and thorough consultation with the manager: I worried a lot about the size, but she never acted bothered and explained various cases, then recommended the appropriate option while matching it to my wishes _ In the end it was my decision, but I liked how she sincerely worked through it with me! Accurate and fast doctor: He measured the size right away and clearly explained only the necessary parts, which I appreciated. Surgery being careful is important, but I think using only the minimum incision needed and keeping the operation time short also has a big impact on how much pain you feel afterward, so from how accurately and quickly he examined me, I felt confident that the surgery itself would also be done quickly and precisely.)
After finishing consultations at the three places, I booked right away! One of them was very well-known, famous specifically for breast surgery, and a place that always comes up in communities and apps. But somehow, the manager gave me the feeling that they only talk smoothly during consultation and before payment, and after surgery they would probably just do things carelessly instead of proper care. I called the first hospital right after leaving there and booked immediately! My intuition was right, because from the reservation stage through the in-between questions I had, the pre-op test schedule, the day of the pre-op test, and even up to the surgery day, they were consistently kind. I’m even looking forward to the follow-up checkup day!
⭐️ On surgery day / I went in early in the morning for a 10 o’clock surgery. Since this was a surgery I had wanted badly, I wasn’t nervous at all and just washed up and waited as instructed. After the design was decided, I went straight into surgery. The staff giving instructions were kind, but the operating room staff were amazing,,, I really wanted to get it over with quickly without being nervous, so even until I lay down on the operating table I wasn’t thinking much, but honestly the moment right before surgery is the scariest, and it was cold too. But thanks to the anesthesiologist who made it feel as comforting as a mom, and the nurses who explained everything one by one before every injection and every procedure, I was able to fall asleep at ease. As soon as they put on the oxygen mask I fell asleep, and when I woke up the surgery was over and I was moved to recovery! It was extremely cold Not just shivering a little, but trembling all over, and even then they explained that it was because they kept things cold due to infection prevention After recovering for about an hour, I urinated and was discharged!
I went with my mom.,. I think going alone would be very difficult,, First of all, to be discharged you have to change clothes, and I was scared to raise my arms for no reason, and I couldn’t close the taxi door. It hurt even when sitting inside.. Whether it’s a friend, mom, or aunt, please make sure to go with someone
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tips for the surgery day: 1. Wear very roomy zip-up clothes (thin fleece as an inner layer + thick outer layer)_ After surgery you can’t wear a bra, so you have to go out in just one inner layer and an outer layer over it. Choose a thin, soft inner material, and since heavy outerwear can feel even heavier when you’re in pain, a light puffer is better than a long padded coat. If there’s no one to button it, you won’t be able to button it,, 2. Wear slippers _ Bending your upper body is uncomfortable 3. If you’re from outside the city, bring a neck pillow because your neck will hurt on the bus
I had no pain on the day itself, but on days 2 and 3 I couldn’t sleep lying down at all,, the chest area felt extremely hot, and the incision site felt like it was tearing every time I moved. For me, the ribs hurt that much, too,,
Only early this morning on day 4 could I finally sleep a little while lying down. Strangely, the pain really decreased starting today! Exactly 3 days. Every time I look in the mirror I feel satisfied, and from here on out there’s only more beauty ahead, so I’m happy

⭐️ Size recommendation tip _ First, they recommend a possible size. What was left was my choice, but they said the maximum possible size could go up to 400. I’m on the thin side up top, but it’s not like I live only with nipple covers on, so when you consider wearing a bra and clothes over it, it would look one size bigger anyway. Then it would obviously look too surgical and like only the breasts stand out, so I went with 375 and I’m very satisfied. This is big on my upper body too,, it’s hidden by the upper band, but if I lift it a little it’s huge. This is probably upper fullness, and that will all settle down into breast tissue anyway, so I’m satisfied satisfied
And above all, it seems like it would be too heavy. If I had done 400, the pain after surgery would probably have been so severe that it would have been hard. It feels like even my skin would be tearing. Don’t think only about the immediate post-op period when deciding on surgery; think about how you’ll feel a year later too. If you make it too big, you should also consider shoulder and neck pain, looking bulky, and not being able to wear thick clothes, before deciding
