At both hospitals, before seeing the doctor, I first had a consultation with the consultant, and at that time I said my nose itself was not on the low side, but the tip felt blunt, so I only wanted rhinitis surgery + non-implant nose-tip surgery. Director Kim Hyung-taek at Kowon said he thought I had come for revision nose surgery and told me not to have surgery. He said my nose is fine even without it... The nuance of what he said was that hospitals are places that pursue profit too, so if he was saying this, it meant I really did not need it. His impression was very kind, handsome, and conscientious. Oh, and he also said my rhinitis was not extremely severe either (I feel like it is severe), and that rhinitis surgery itself often recurs and is not a very effective surgery, so I did not need either cosmetic surgery or rhinitis surgery.

In addition, he said he would fill the sunken part of the nasal bridge with donated dermis. When I mentioned side effects several times, saying I was afraid of putting in anything other than my own tissue, he said a bit strongly that he does not operate while persuading anyone. If seen positively, that is confidence, but negatively, I felt like he did not consider the patient's opinion. (I felt throughout the consultation that he did not consider the patient's opinion.) What was especially more flustering was that during the consultation, he took a phone call and left, telling me to wait a moment. About 10 minutes later, another staff member came in, and I said I still had more to ask, so I would wait. But a few minutes later, the consultant who had come in earlier gave me the price and the consultation was wrapped up in a rush.
I think the two doctors probably pursue very different nose shapes. Director Kim Hyung-taek seems to pursue a natural look, and the size and height of my current nose seem to be about the shape he normally aims for. Director Kim Gwi-rak seems to pursue a glamorous nose shape with a sharp tip, given the characteristics of the donated costal cartilage he recommends (there is a lot of talk about costal cartilage in other reviews too).
