Mentor Extra 1 Month, Week 4 Review -!

I had breast surgery on August 8, and finally after the time of patience has passed, it’s already almost been 2 months.. When I first had the surgery, I read other people’s reviews and wondered if time would pass for me too so I could talk about it like a heroic story? I felt jealous, but now I’m almost at two months too haha Right after the surgery, there was pain and discomfort, and I was afraid about whether I would recover well, but from week 2, my body gradually adapted. Now the discomfort is completely gone, to the point where I wonder, did I really have breast surgery? I’ve fully returned to daily life haha. They said weight training is possible now as long as it isn’t a movement that puts a lot of force into the upper body, so I’m exercising little by little! The price is really good too, and from the counseling manager to the hospital director and staff, everyone is so, so kind and trustworthy! And I can feel that the aftercare is systematically well organized too. I even think, why did I keep worrying about breast surgery, I should have done it sooner! Still, I recommend that everyone look carefully into the hospital and price, and think it over thoroughly before deciding!
