This is a third-time revision rhinoplasty. But I think the lower face is probably the issue. It’s so hard to find a hospital that can make the philtrum + nasal tip nasolabial angle line look good The places I’ve heard of at least are ㄹㅌㅁㅅ, ㄹㅅㅍ, and ㅇㄷ, but I’m worried that if I only do revision rhinoplasty, the philtrum will stay the same, so I’m not sure if I should look for a place that does them together.
