It’s been 3 weeks since I had surgery for a bulbous nose, but my nasal tip is still plump and my nose overall still seems a bit big. Will a lot of the swelling go down from here?? Also, when I yawn or smile, it feels like my nostrils get bigger? Can straining the nose make the nostrils stretch?
