This would be my 4th rhinoplasty revision, but because the director at ㅌㄹㄷ is taking a leave, I’m thinking about ㄴㅈㄹ ㅁㅇㄷㅇ ㅇㅂㅅ. Are there any good places? If anyone has had surgery, please help. Also, does autologous costal cartilage take a long time to recover from? I want to think of this as my last time and do it with autologous costal cartilage.
