Hehehe, pre-op to month 3! It’s almost been 3 months, so all the severe bruising is gone, and I think most of the residual swelling is almost gone too. It does feel like swelling from osteotomy definitely goes down more slowly.. In a few days, I have to do the second round of fat grafting too. Right now is just right, but considering it’ll fade later, doing the second round is the right choice.. I’m worried it’ll swell a lot The nose materials were silicone, septal cartilage, and donated costal cartilage, and I also had hump reduction and osteotomy done together. For fat grafting, the first round was full-face, and for the second round, I’ve also booked full-face for now. These days I keep bumping my face, so I’m worried, but after the second round I think I really need to be careful.
