I had consultations at as many as 8 places, and the diagnoses were really varied: lower blepharoplasty, dual lower blepharoplasty, under-eye fat repositioning + fat grafting, under-eye fat repositioning. They said my eye condition is ambiguous. If possible, I want to get under-eye fat repositioning, and since fat grafting has many side effects and they say it sags more later, I want to receive only under-eye fat repositioning. But then will I get a lot of fine wrinkles? Should I first get under-eye fat repositioning and watch the progress, and if the condition is really not good, get fat grafting later? Or should I just close my eyes and go for lower blepharoplasty from the start? Everyone who has had surgery~~ please help me~~~
