It’s been over 3 years since I had surgery with the buried method, but my eyes completely came undone, so I had revision surgery 2 years ago. Before getting double-eyelid surgery, I used double-eyelid glue, double-eyelid tape, and things like that way too much, so my eyes already had a lot of skin, and they stretched even more. The double eyelids didn’t even last a year I’m planning an incisional procedure this winter, and if you have a lot of fat like me, I really do not recommend the buried method.
