Photo 1 is from the day before surgery, and photos 2, 3, and 4 are from 1/20 (Fri), after the splint was removed. The materials used were 5 mm silicone, donated costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage! The bridge somehow doesn’t look that high, and I keep wondering why only the nasal tip looks like that... This must be swelling, right...?? I do see a big improvement from the front, but the side profile is really... not good... It looks like a huge nose
