I'm considering under-eye fat repositioning, and recently laser procedures have come out, so I've heard they're relatively simple and the recovery period is short, but I'm curious about the difference between the incision method and the laser method. I was told that people with severe under-eye fat can't do it with laser and that it only applies to people with mild cases. Is that true?
