Hi, I’ve always only lurked, but I’m trying writing a post.
I was always bothered by my round nasal tip from the front, so this time I visited about five or six places for consultations and had surgery yesterday! My nasal bridge was originally on the higher side, so I wasn’t planning to put in silicone, but To make the nasal tip smaller, the nasal tip has to be raised -> a hollow forms between the bridge and the tip -> I was deciding whether to fill that hollow with ear cartilage or silicone, and I was persuaded when they said silicone would look smoother, so I put in 2 mm of silicone. For the nasal tip, I had the basic things like cartilage tying and fat removal, and raised it with ear cartilage.
Yesterday there was no swelling at all, but on day 2, my nasal tip and philtrum area feel a bit swollen. And my face originally didn’t show my nostrils, but now that the nasal tip is definitely raised, the nostrils look like 11, like straight lines. It’s swelling, right..? It must be swelling..
