Before and afterMy under-eyes were really crepey and the under-eye fat was sagging, so my impression looked bad, but after surgery I'm fairly satisfied! Now the aegyo-sal fat has gone down much more than in the photo, so it also feels like it has gone back to the way it was.. The lower blepharoplasty didn't get rid of my dark circles, but the under-eye area became a bit flatter. Still, I'm satisfied with just that
