My nose was originally small and short, so it had bothered me for a long time. About five years ago, I tried nose filler, but it did not improve things as I had expected; instead, it made my nasal alae look wider, so I felt filler had its limits. This time I properly looked into rhinoplasty and had surgery at Seongpum Plastic Surgery with Dr. Yoon Youngsang. During the consultation, I learned that I have thick skin, a bulbous nose, and a somewhat upturned nasal tip. I had only thought my nose was small and short... Rather than simply raising it, he explained overall what amount of length would look natural on my face and how the nasal tip and alae could be refined. He created the line while reflecting the natural look I wanted as much as possible. After surgery, my formerly short-looking nose gained length, and my blunt nasal tip became much slimmer than before haha. The upturned look of the tip decreased, and with the alae refined, my whole face looks more polished than before, which I am happy with. In particular, the blunt look of my tip from the front has reduced a lot, so I think I worry less about my nose when taking photos lol. At first, I worried whether it could improve as much as I wanted because my nose was small and short and my skin was thick, but I am satisfied because it is not overly dramatic while the areas that bothered me were well refined. At the consultation, he did not just listen to what I wanted; he explained both what was possible and what was necessary for my nose. He also carefully monitored my postoperative progress, so overall I am satisfied haha.
