My first nose surgery was a whopping 10 years ago, counting by year Back then there were no apps and I didn't know much, so I searched "bulbous nose surgery" on Naver and had it done at the place that came up at the top I had my eyes and nose done, and although the eyes looked natural, the lateral canthoplasty was botched, so even now when I'm not in good condition they get red, and I regret it For my nose, I had it done without an implant, and even though it was originally a bit long, they lengthened the columella so it got even longer, the bulbous nose didn't improve at all, and what I wanted was correction of the bulbous nasal tip, but they did alar reduction with an old surgical method, which left scars and instead made the nasal tip stand out more, turning me into Squidward. My friends asked at the time why I even did it I wondered what had been done and why I had done it Then I lived just so-so for 5 years and had revision surgery at 23 The doctor was an ENT specialist They said the nasal tip had drooped a lot. They reused the septal cartilage used in the first surgery. This time too, no implant This time my nose returned to its original length and the nasal tip got much smaller, but my nasal bridge is wavy The area between the right nasal tip and nasal bridge is sunken. People seeing me for the first time may not really notice, but it shows clearly in photos, and when the lighting hits badly it shows, so my friends say my nasal bridge is wavy The depression was there from when the splint was removed I'm just living with it now because it's a hassle
