On 1/24, I had revision rhinoplasty for a long nose, bulbous nose, crooked nose, and columella lowering. At week 1, after the cotton packing was removed, discharge kept coming out of my nose, and the inside filled up with blood scabs, so I couldn't breathe. Air could at least get through the left side, but the right side was completely blocked, so when I told them that, they told me to try taking antibiotics. I went to an ENT clinic and got a prescription, and they said my nasal septum was deviated. But I had surgery for a deviated septum 10 years ago So yesterday I went to the plastic surgery clinic, and they said there was nothing abnormal and that it was because there were wounds inside my nose. They put cotton packing back in and told me to have it removed after a week… The blood isn't bright red, but mucus + discharge + a small amount of blood keep coming out mixed together. This isn't inflammation, right? I don't have any pain anywhere…
