The director was fairly kind but looked busy and left after a short consultation. I did not hear a detailed explanation of the surgery; they only checked the crease line a few times. I felt the consultant's attitude was poor, and there was pressure to pay a deposit. On the day of surgery, after washing my face and changing clothes, I had to wait in the lobby with people who had come for consultations. I saw many Chinese patients. The design was also done in the operating room. Even when my stitches were removed, the director did not check my progress. It was good that they did not recommend unnecessary procedures such as ptosis correction or lower lateral canthoplasty, but I chose them because the review photos were pretty. Still, I recommend visiting as many places as possible.
