My eyes are covered by flesh rather than fat above them. Is double-eyelid surgery what is done in this case? Is ptosis correction meaningless? I think my eyelid strength is good, but flesh covers above the pupils. Since I am male, I wanted an inconspicuous double eyelid and preferred ptosis correction, but after looking on YouTube, I feel like I need double-eyelid surgery rather than ptosis correction.
