At my 3-month post-op visit, I went to the clinic and saw the director! They said I can finally !,,,! escape the compression bra !! and wear regular underwear now,,, I’m moved(ಡ‸ಡ) I’ve been waiting just for this day,,,!!! The sensation under my breasts still hasn’t completely come back yet. But it is alive,,, They said it’s best to wear the compression bra when sleeping!! They said I can wear regular underwear during the day I need to go get fitted for underwearᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ I wonder how much bigger I’ve gotten(๑˃ᴗ˂)ﻭ I’m so excited. I need to hurry and go get my size measured!! Some regular bras have underwires, and they said those are okay as long as they don’t press too much under the breasts! They also said I should loosen the shoulder straps a little, so they’re comfortably loose. There are bras that push everything together, but they said I don’t need to wear those. It already gathers together even just like this(≧◡≦) Hehehe Since I was visiting the clinic, I also got radiofrequency treatment!! I couldn’t get it last time I wanted to try it at least once, so I removed all metal the day before…! Then I went in and got the treatment! For radiofrequency, they massage mainly the breasts with a machine, and it feels warm and nice. Since it was my first time, the therapist said it was to loosen tight muscles, so they could tighten up again,,,! How do I massage by myself,,,, Please tell me the secret,,, I’ll,, do it,,, Still, I wanted to get radiofrequency at least once! So I got it It was warm, so I liked it,,,,(>ᴗ•) Now I’ve escaped the compression bra. I’m free Surgery successful Aftercare successful Review successful
