I just trusted people saying the clinic was good, went to a plastic surgery clinic without knowing much, had a consultation, and immediately underwent medial epicanthoplasty. The result was not good. Only after scars formed did I feel angry at my own ignorance and deeply regret being so hasty. Once you have surgery, it is not easy to undo, so I hope you look into any kind of surgery carefully before deciding.
