I had my nasal tip done with septal cartilage, and I didn’t do the bridge. When I touch the dorsum of my nose, the area where the bridge and tip connect doesn’t feel severely uneven, but I can feel a contour irregularity.(Only this part is indented..) Could there still be an irregularity because of swelling in the nasal tip? If I get an A/S revision, would it be possible to fill only the uneven part on the nasal dorsum with a closed approach?..
